 New Custom Background! New Boards! New Stuff!

Does anyone like the new background? It may not be made by a pro, but I think its pretty cool!
I have been More active on the site lately, and now its way cooler! I have also updated the boards on the forum! My forum is now also featuring the Secret Republic!. Go to the board on that in the forums for more info!

These are the official rules to the forum!
NO ****ographic images or talk can be talked about here...this can result in ACCOUNT DELETION!
NO hacking, or impersonation...this can result in a 3-5 day ban
You CANNOT ask to be a moderator! You have to be a good influence, abide to rules, be mature, and be cool to be a moderator!... This can result in ruining your chance to be a moderator!
Please keep the cursing to a minimum!
If someone is annoying, harbutting, or being mean to you, don't be mean back! Report them to me, or another admin or moderator!
If you make your own topic, you can only post up to 3 times in a row when no one else posts in it... This can result in a warning, another warning, and then a 1 day ban.
I will make mare rules as I go on, and I will notify you all when I do.
